Strain Bane: Automated 20-20-20 Script

Built using Python 3, and utilizing Windows Task Scheduler.

Strain Bane is a simple script that is executed by Windows Task Scheduler every 20 minutes. All the script does is make sure I am not doing anything important (by asking nicely), if I am not, it will lock my workstation. A nice, but assertive, reminder to look away for a bit, walk around, and take a break.
