Built using Python with PyAutoGUI, OpenCV
The previous version of this script utilized Epic Games Store's website in order to grab the free game of the week. However, it didn't take them log to build in all manner of security obstacles to prevent scripts like mine from working.
But they apparently don't care about their desktop app.
Utilizing PyAutoGUI and OpenCV, I was able to create an even faster version that uses the Epic Games Store's desktop application to log in for you and grab the free game of the week! Easy enough to schedule with Cron or Windows Task Scheduler just like the old one.
